All orders are safely packaged and securely shipped via Royal Mail from our UK distribution centre. Our standard shipping charges are as follows:

There may be an additional charge for heavy or high value orders. If this is the case you will be notified before your order is processed.

Alternatively, you may also use your own carrier or, if you prefer, collect your order in person. Please contact us about either of these options before placing your order. There will be no shipping charge for orders collected from our distribution centre.

UK orders sent by First Class Signed For are usually delivered within 1 or 2 working days following the day of processing.

UK orders sent by Special Delivery Next Day are guaranteed to arrive before 13:00* on the next working day following the day of processing.

UK orders sent by Special Delivery 9.00am are guaranteed to arrive before 09:00* on the next working day following the day of processing.

Please note that orders processed on Friday may be delivered on Saturday morning, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please also note that, for all of the above services, a signature will be required upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the goods at the delivery address.
