If your order is received before
12:00*
on any working day (Monday to Friday inclusive), and
the ordered items are in stock, your order will be sent
on the same day. If an item is not in stock you will be
notified promptly and advised of the expected delivery date.
All orders received after
12:00*,
at weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on Bank Holidays
will be processed on the next working day.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of
sales tax (VAT). However, only orders delivered to destinations
within the United Kingdom or European Community (EC) are
subject to VAT.
For those orders that are subject to VAT, tax will be
added to each item ordered at the rate of
20.00%.
However, some items, such as books, are exempt from VAT; these
products will be clearly marked on our website.
Please also note that, for all orders that are subject
to VAT, tax will be added to the shipping charge at the
rate of
20.00%.
If ordering using our online shopping cart and your order
is subject to VAT, your VAT inclusive order total will automatically
be calculated when you select your delivery location.
If you are a VAT registered customer within the EC (excluding
the UK), please advise us of your VAT number when ordering.
Once your VAT number has been verified, we will be able
to zero rate your order and deduct the VAT amount from your
